We look forward to welcoming you back to our hotels. While we are opening some of our pubs’ gardens on 12 April, our hotels in England and Wales will not be reopening until 17 May.
Our hotels in Scotland will be reopening from Thursday 29 April, for more details see the ‘Our hotels’ section on the FAQ page here . Rooms are available to book online via our website. Guests staying in our Scottish hotels should note, under reopening restrictions, that food will be served during 9am–7pm, with breakfast served from 9am. This reduction in food service is for a limited period only.
If you have booked and paid in advance to stay with us, yet the hotel has had to close and you would like a refund or to reschedule your stay, please note that you can complete a ‘contact us’ form here
and we will contact you within 14 days of the receipt of your request. If you have booked via booking.com, please cancel via its own online portal to avoid charges.
All bookings without a deposit, for dates up to Monday 17 May, will be automatically cancelled.
Some reservation types can be cancelled without charge, before noon on the day of arrival. Other rates are fixed and non-refundable.
For hotels in England and Wales guests will be able to book a room online via our website for dates from Monday 17 May, but will not be able to contact our hotels directly during this time.
