Our craft beer bottle and can selection has now been extended to include a trio of fantastic new beers.
Black Sheep Pathmaker pale ale (5.6% ABV) and BrewDog Elvis Juice – grapefruit-infused IPA (6.5% ABV) – are now available in cans, while the bottled Goose IPA (5.9% ABV) makes up the three fabulous new brews.
Scotland’s BrewDog continues to innovate and surprise, in the brewhouse, with a passion for craft beer at its core. The latest from its range to join our collection is Elvis Juice – grapefruit-infused IPA.
Vibrant and zesty with grapefruit, this American IPA, with a bitter edge, will push your citrus tolerance to the brink and back. Elvis Juice is loaded with tart, pithy grapefruit peel.
Made with Amarillo, Citra, Magnum, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, this IPA has a caramel malt base, supporting a full-frontal citrus overload – grapefruit peel piled on top of intense US aroma hops.
Waves of crashing pine, orange and grapefruit round out this citrus-infused India pale ale, available in a 330ml can.
Pathmaker pale ale, from Yorkshire-based Black Sheep Brewery, is named after (and inspired by) founder Paul Theakston (the original ‘black sheep’), who built the brewery from scratch in 1992. This adventurous pale ale is a tribute to his pioneering spirit.
A brewing maverick, Theakston took the road less travelled and dared to start a new journey into the unknown. Pathmaker is about having the courage and conviction to achieve your dreams, representing adventure, vision and a healthy dose of risk.
The canned beer, which achieved four stars at The Beer Awards 2017/18, is a vigorous pale ale, packing a huge tropical aroma, with notes of passion fruit and mango rising above a light malt base. Pathmaker is beautifully balanced, with a moderate bitterness and a juicy finish.
Goose IPA is a multiaward-winning US and Chicago craft beer favourite, inspired by English-style ales. It is brewed by Goose Island Beer Company, which was started in 1988, in Chicago, Illinois, by founder and unabashed beer-lover John Hall.
A Bourbon-coloured India pale ale, made with Cascade, Centennial, Pilgrim and Styrian Celeia hops, this is a hop-lover’s dream.
This bottled brew recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. It has a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle and long hop finish.
